What is it? Is it a lack of trust in that others are able to do their part? Is it fear that something will be not done unless micromanaged? Is it the need to have power over every little aspect?

Cause some times, micromanaging can cause more harm than good. Micromanaging subdues confidence and initiative. It can cause communication errors unless the micromanager then distributes every detail of their micromanagement to everyone involved.

I’m fuming at the moment. I’m stuck in between three sides. One side is micromanaging, second side is in silence and the third side is like “Oh, all is sorted”. Well, goshdarnit!
